At the core of HoldFastX is one big idea: resilience is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned. Especially when the tools come from people who’ve used them in real life.

This part of the campaign brings together some of the world’s most respected ocean explorers, record-holders, and pioneers to share how they hold fast: what they do when things get hard, what helps them stay the course, and what they’ve learned about mindset, purpose, and perseverance. These insights become free, open tools for young adults. Each story adds to a growing platform of shared knowledge.
